The value of our strategic foresight program is a customized six-to-nine month engagement to ensure implementation and execution. We offer a holistic approach to translate the “strategy on paper” to the “people in the organization” for successful execution. We begin with a careful assessment of your unique needs to design a customized program, develop engaging and relevant curriculum, implement program components, and evaluate to make adjustments as needed. We include employees at all levels of the organization to gain the best insights and create the best programs.

We do not offer a magic wand or an off-the-shelf, one-and-done program. The program is slushy, ongoing, adapted, and adjusted to findings at each phase in the process.

  • Guided Strategic Foresight Sessions, helping participants create foresight plans to enhance strategic planning by:
  1. Exploring and challenging mindsets and worldviews.
  2. Scanning the Environment for Trends and Disruptors, and Drivers and Uncertainties.
  3. Creating scenario narratives to describe Possible, Potential, Preventable and Preferred Futures.

We incorporate our 4D Model in each phase of our program. We have refined this model through years of practice and believe it is the most effective approach for lasting change.

  • Discuss: We begin each session with engaging questions to facilitate discussions and uncover the insights of participants.
  • Do: We add individual and group activities for immediate application of tools and processes.
  • Debrief: At the conclusion of each activity, we facilitate conversations to uncover and discover lessons learned.
  • Develop: After each session, participants return to their work environment to implement new tools and processes. Participants then return to learn, ready for the next layer of discussion, doing, and debriefing.
