Meet Barb Johnson, DSL
Barb is an expert Strategic Foresight facilitator, guiding leaders to see the trends beyond the trends to create the future and cultivate people. The AiM Strategic Foresight process she developed enhances the traditional strategic planning process, helping leaders shift from reactive response to proactive plans for the future. Barb is a Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) and has more than 25 years working with organizations in a variety of industries. Barb equips leaders and teams to be innovative and resilient in the face of uncertainties and disruptions.
